This course provides a general overview of the major issues in the creation/evolution debate. Students should be equipped to understand the nature of the debate at the foundational level of competing worldviews and critically evaluate the biblical and evolutionary worldviews. Major issues covered are: worldviews, biblical authority, the existence of God, arguments for cosmic, chemical, and biological evolution, the age of the earth, death and suffering, the global flood and geology, dinosaurs, and the nature of evidence and science. 3 Units
