This course is a synthetic overview of the entire Bible, focusing especially on (1) the Biblical covenants as the building blocks for God’s revealed plan, on (2) the chronological context of each Biblical book, and on (3) the unified purpose and plan of God as revealed in the Bible. The course is designed to help students understand where each part of the Bible fits in the broader context, and to develop an appreciation for the internal consistency of God’s word.3 units.
